What is your experience and training?

 I bring over 25 years of expertise in the aesthetics and medical field. My background includes working in a thriving medical spa and respected dermatology practices. I am a licensed Medical Assistant of 25 years and spend 10 years of those years working alongside dermatologist and medical providers assisting in biopsies, skin exams, Mohs surgery, excisions, and comprehensive patient care. This foundation has given me a deep understanding of skin health, medical treatments, and patient safety which I now combine with advanced aesthetics to help clients achieve their best skin. 

Do you accept walk-ins or should I book an appointment in advance?

Diana Partin Aesthetics services are available by appointment only. You may walk-in during business hours to purchase skin care products.

Do you offer consultations?

Yes, I offer personalized consultations to discuss your skin goals and create a customized treatment plan. A $50 consultation fee is required at the time  of booking. this fee will be applied toward your treatment services (not retail skincare products). 

Will I receive an appointment confirmation notification?

Yes! Once your appointment is booked through the Patient Now booking system, you will receive both an email and tax message confirming your appointment details.

We will also send you a reminder at least 2 days before your appointment. 

If, for any reason, you don’t receive a confirmation, please don’t hesitate to call us at 559-326-8867. We will be happy to assist you and ensure everything is set for your visit. 

Why do I need to arrive early for my first appointment?

We kindly ask new clients to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment. This allows time to complete essential paperwork, enabling us to understand your specific needs and preferences.

Cash, Credit/Debit card, and mobile

What is your late policy?What is your no-show policy?

If you arrive 15 minutes late for your appointment it may be considered a no-show. Please understand that late notifications leave gaps that cannot be refilled without sufficient notice, and our schedule depends on timely communication.  

If you no-show to an appointment without cancelling it will result in a charge of 100% of the booked service cost, regardless of whether you rebook.

Do you require a credit card on file to reserve your appointment?

Yes, we require $50 credit card/debit card on file to reserve your appointment. In the event of a no-show or same-day cancellation, your card will be charged the appproritae fee. 

What is a chemical peel? Can I schedule a peel on the same day?

A chemical peel is a professional exfoliation treatment that helps improve the skin’s appearance. The solution gently removes the outer layers of skin, revealing fresh, smoother and more radiant skin underneath. 

While a same-day light chemical peel is possible, a consultation is required prior to administering the peel. Stronger Chemical peel appointments cannot be scheduled on the same day as your consultation. Proper preparation with corrective skincare products is essential to ensure your skin is ready for the treatment and to achieve the best results safely. 

What should I expect during a chemical peel?

After your skin is cleansed and prepped. The chemical peel solution is applied to the treatment area. You may feel a slight tingling, warmth or stinging sensation. This is normal. The peel is left on for a controlled amount of time then removed in -office or at home depending on the type of peel. Here at DPA we have a variety of chemical peels that MAY involve peeling, redness and mild swelling or flaking of the skin that can last 3-7 days or none at all. Results vary person to person. Your skin will be more sensitive to the sun so avoiding direct sunlight and heat during this phase is highly recommended. Apply SPF 30 or greater every 2 hours. 

Do I need stop any products prior to my chemical peel or any other facial treatments?

Yes, here at Diana Partin Aesthetics, I recommend you stop using retinol/retinoin acid, facial scrubs, acid (AHA/BHA), or other exfoliating products at least 3-5 days before. Avoid waxing or hair removal, threading or depilatories on the treatment area for at least 7-10 days. Stay out of the sun for at least a week prior. Always wear SPF 30 or greater.Avoid starting new skin care products before your treatment to prevent unexpected reactions.

Service and product pricing-and alter policies -may change without notice. Clients are encouraged to stay informed.

Do you offer refunds, returns or exchanges on products?

No refund is offered on the sale of skin care products. If unsatisfied with your choice or allergic reaction occurs products may be brought back within 14 days & exchanged for equal value in product or credit towards product. If the product is in a defective state, I.e., broken, leaked, or not dispensing properly from shipping or purchasing in-office, the product must be returned to the office within 48 hours of purchase so we may exchange it with the company. 

Do you ship out products? When will my products ship?

Yes, we do ship out products , at this time we do not ship internationally. The shipping times can vary. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to be processed. The shipping cost varies and will be calculated in your cart at checkout based on the weight of the product(s) and shipping location.
